5. Products & Orders

  1. Product Descriptions
    • We strive for accuracy in product images, descriptions, and ingredient lists; however, we do not warrant that all information is error-free.
    • All Products are 100% organic, cruelty-free, and sustainably packaged, made in Spain.
  2. Order Acceptance
    • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This is not an acceptance of the order but an acknowledgement.
    • We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors).
  3. Cancellations
    • You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support at support@zianorganico.com.
    • After this window, cancellations may not be possible if processing has begun.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT.
  • Shipping costs (calculated at checkout) are additional unless stated otherwise in a promotion.
  • We accept major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
  • Payment is captured at the time of order placement.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Spain and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:
    • Spain: 2–4 business days
    • EU: 4–7 business days
    • Rest of world: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping carriers and tracking information will be provided by email.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unopened Products by contacting returns@zianorganico.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Process:
    1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
    2. Ship the Products in their original packaging, prepaid.
    3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 business days.
  • Exclusions: Used or opened Products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to ZIAN ORGANICO and protected by Spanish and international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
  • You may view, download, and print pages for personal use only; any other use requires our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIAN ORGANICO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of any Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the purchase price of the Products you have ordered.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

ZIAN ORGANICO shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
